The ALK Laboratory is a world leader in allergology and the production of specific allergen immunotherapies. In order to establish its expert position, the ALK Laboratory has developed a strong voice on social networks accessible to the general public and healthcare professionals.
– Definition of the digital ecosystem for allergology: mapping of the stakeholders and styles of communication regarding the subject area.
– Strategic recommendation: initial mapping enabled us to structure the project and define the main target audience, the positioning, the editorial line, the tone and the concept/bias. The “Ma Vie d’AllergiK” (“My Life as an Allergy Sufferer”) community took shape.
– Operational monitoring: provision of support in the deployment and operational monitoring of the “Ma Vie d’AllergiK” community on Facebook.
– Creation of a graphic charter
– Writing of monthly editorial calendars
– Moderation of commentaries and compliance with pharmacovigilance (drug safety) processes
