A joint association created in 2010, HandiEM is the operational arm for the industry-wide agreement signed by pharmaceutical companies for the benefit of the employment of people with disabilities.
– Creation of a communications campaign for the 4th RHEM (Disability/Pharmaceutical Companies Meeting) on LinkedIn;
– Mapping of the digital ecosystem regarding the employment of people with disabilities in order to be able to refine the HandiEM digital communications project;
– Strategic recommendations and operational monitoring of the launch and update of the corporate pages on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

Development of HandiEM’s digital voice, which must achieve three objectives:
– Develop its prominence, influence and share of voice;
– Make HandiEM a source of help and support for pharmaceutical companies and candidates with disabilities;
– Improve the clarity of HandiEM’s offer by highlighting the 4 pillars of the industry-wide agreement: awareness-raising, recruitment, job retention, and work of the protected and adapted work sector.

As a result, HandiEM has now managed to bring together its first circle of influence (stakeholders from pharmaceutical companies including buyers and HR, as well as disabled candidates and students).
